Instruction in Chaos

"Alright everyone" Ash said loudly from the middle of the room, standing on a table  "you can line up for a meal- refugees first. After you have your food, please be seated. you may eat outside if desired, but please bring all your dishes back to the kitchen as soon as you finish. We don't have quite enough of them, as you've caught us off guard, so they will be washed and then used to feed everyone else who is waiting. Crew members dine last. Anyone with questions, please come to me or my air pilots on the edges of the room. Thank you!" She stepped off the table, screwing her face up at the sudden amount of noise as starving refugees surged forwards. It was a good thing they had already fed those in the hospital rooms, it would be a nightmare to try and get a loaded plate through this crowd....
